Updates will continue through the start of the season. Please check back regularly.

Jim Powell is the League Director for Discipline and Appeals. Any questions regarding League disciplinary measures or appeals should be directed to him.

As detailed in ODMHA Regulations, all teams must report all suspensions to their League convenor and District Chair, including all regular season, playoff, tournament, pre-season and exhibition games.

Pre-season and exhibition game sheets for all suspensions can be delivered to the League convenor at the coaches meeting, prior to the start of the regular season. Tournament game sheets can be sent in with regular season and playoff game sheets, in the envelopes provided to each team.

For games played in the ODMHA, suspensions would be governed by the ODMHA Code of Discipline.

Every Branch of Hockey Canada has its own discipline standard. Since many of our teams play in the OHF (all areas of Ontario, except Ottawa and Northwestern Ontario), we have provided the OHF Minimum Suspension List as a reference.

Where a suspension is assessed outside the ODMHA, which differs from the ODMHA standard, the stricter of the two shall apply.
